TinyProxy Server on Linux CentOS Stream 8

Product Overview
Tinyproxy is a small, efficient HTTP/SSL proxy daemon. It is incredibly useful when one needs the functionality of a full-scale proxy server, but either can't afford enough resources to maintain, or risk network security by having one.
One of the Tinyproxy main features is the "buffer connection"
It will catch a high speed response from a server, buffer it, and then send it back to a client at the highest speed.
This feature greatly increases connection speed. If you only want to allow HTTP requests in a small network you share a connection with, then TinyProxy is a great solution for you..
Features:
Anonymous mode - allows specification of individual HTTP headers
HTTPS support - Tinyproxy allows forwarding of HTTPS connections through the CONNECT method.
Load average monitoring - configure the software to refuse connections after the server load reaches a certain point.
Access control - configure to only allow connections from certain subnets or IP addresses.
Secure - run without any special privileges, thus minimizing the chance of system compromise.
Transparent proxying - configure as a transparent proxy, so that it can be used without
client-side configuration.
Privacy features - restrict what data comes to your browser from the HTTP server (cookies), and what data comes from your browser to the HTTP server (version information).
Small footprint - the memory footprint is about 2MB with Glibc. TinyProxy can be run on an old machine without affecting
