What do you like best about the product?
The ease of having an entire process in one place where it is easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
The development process was extremely long and drawn out.

Taking a long process from paper to the PC.

Able to customize and do the things we need to do with our documents from workflows to retention

Upgrades can be tricky and documentation can be hard to follow at times

Able to have the ability to track and see who or what has happened to a document and have retention assigned to keep within regulatory standards

I love the multifunctions of OnBase with the extra modules and customization

Redactions and zip file compatability within unity.

efficiencies-- delivery letters via email is amazing and helping us deliver many different notifications out to 30K employees.
So much more than digital content
What do you like best about the product?
The hidden power to do more with your digital content than just recall.
What do you dislike about the product?
Commit to Cloud or on Prem. A cross of your storeage will give you a headache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Replacing an aging non-evolving document maintenance and assisting the AP department in making sure our suppliers get paid on time.

Security and automation features are the most commonly used and keep documents secured
What do you dislike about the product?
Very large and complicated platform so not easy to learn all

Record management and large and complex platform
What can OnBase do for us?
What do you like best about the product?
OnBase not only stores our documents but its workflow capabilities enable a more seamless and interactive process delivery for Axxess International. And we're only using the tip of the iceberg as far as OnBase functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
As a sa, I would love a single platform which would encompass Config, OnBase Client, Scheduled Tasks and Studio.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A more robust document repository, documents are easier to find, automation of previously manual tasks

First line tech support has gotten a little longer to route issues or figure out issues. It used to be great.

Getting rid of paper and helping remote workers.
