Zendesk is easy to use and intuitive, mostly on chats

Fast chat assistance with all users. Easy follow-ups through emails

What do you like best about the product?
It helps answer guest questions and problems all in one place. The ticket system makes it easy to tag guest issues for reporting and it's easy to direct tickets to the management team in the field from the corporate office. Plus, it connects with different communication channels like our webstite, social media channels, and chat so everything is in one place for the most part.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a robust reporting option and it doesn't work well with instagram and tiktok private messages. Also, it could have more advanced analytics and insights that'll assist with letting the company know about any guest concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It assists with reaching out to customers and getting their replies in one system.
Zendesk support system is very poor

Product looks good. reports and features are up to mark
What do you dislike about the product?
They have not a support system to help the customer. Either we have to stuck with their partners or we have to everithing at own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually Zendesk could not solve any of my problem and there was not any benifit of applying time and affort in its implementation

Zendesk- Good ticketing system
What do you like best about the product?
It has various reports and dashboards which we can use with the help of Zendesk Explore option. It also has triggers and automations which help us automating various processed. It also supports some apps like time trakcing app which help in tracking the time of agents on various tickets. Also helps in creating support artciles and providing customer porttal to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zendesk Support takes substantial time to respond. their TAT can be much better. And account manager assigned by them are not easy to reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 1000+ clients and 100+ implementation specialists who work client change management requests. Zendesk provide a platform for our ticketing soultion and also gives transparency to clients by giving them access to Customer Portal via which they can check the statis of their support requests.

Zendesk support suite gives real time updates, along with its integration with different other softwares, it is easier to gather insights. Also, it helps to create buckets for team and grouping helps to bifurcate the data easily.

Pricing can be improved as per the use cases, also workflow automation can be make easier.

As we are into solving for the customers, it helps in generating real time support requests from users.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that its very user friendly to use ad easy to manage tasks. I love the interface make it easy to get tickets handled and provide the best customer service for my job.

There's really nothing I like least about it, it functions the way it needs to function, and you're able to handle customer tickets with ease
