Postgres is so amazing, I started a company around it :)

There are many valuable Postgres extensions.

There is nothing that I dislike about Postgres.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Postgres is the most beloved relational database for good reason. It's now capable to help with not just transactional workloads, but also analytical and AI workloads as well.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and set up
PostgreSQL comes with a very easy to use UI ( User Interface ) tool like PG-Admin for every client to connect & Interact with the database.
PG Admin is very easy to use & setup with just a mouse click unlike other traditional RDBMS .
I highly recommend PostgreSQL for every client to connect & Interact, apart from MYSQL.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, sometimes query execution get delayed but that is very rare.
Overally its a very light-weight & user friendly tool for ervery client who want to connect with the database seamlessly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables me to check transcation count of every user, enables all trigger , procedures, function and other PL/SQL operation seamlessly.
It also helps to perform and execute multiple joins operation in the event of requirement of data from multiple table to retrieve the result.
Postgresql also enables aggregate function( MIN, MAX, AVG, COUNT, SUM, AVG) and views, cursor, Index.

PostgreSQL is very easy to use and eady to implementation but i can use cusotmer support of this tools its very frquent to use any person can easy learn and very fast way lots of features available in PostgreSQL like how to import data in very easy way and very easy to integration also customer support might be good not sure about this.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will take some time to open and import data from CSV file

PostgreSQL is very help to find the accurate data from data sheet like excel and provide perfect data that client required.

What do you like best about the product?
PostgreSQL is easy to use in daily development life. Developer can easily implement and integrate it into system by using gem postgres. It has different versions for operating system. It is open source relational database model and i can use it in operating system like window , ubuntu, mac ect. Most of the developer use it frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i execute large data query or complex query application stop responding. It has enormous number of users so customer support may take time to resolve query.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its make my devlopment process smooth. It help to store users , orders data of my application, which help me to analyze data of users. Also i can hit complex queries to fetch data. It store tremendous data into it.

Maybe what I dislike on it is the complexity for beginners but once tou got it, it's incredibly powerful.

PostgreSQL is known for its stability and low data corruption rate, making it suitable for large-scale applications that require high availability and uptime. It can help with business problems such as data organization, data accessibility, data security, data analysis, and compliance.
Better than non-free RDMBS
What do you like best about the product?
PostgreSQL allows us to manage our Dashboards generated using OLAP cubes with amazing speed and reliability. Also, its possibility of using it in Cluster format provides us with a lot of value, guaranteeing accessibility and availability of data, as well as backup copies. The beauty of this software is in the simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few systems can compare with PostgreSQL in my opinion (and integrated with PostGIS, it is great!). But it is true that payment systems such as SQL Server or Oracle have more configuration options, which can be useful for advanced installations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In certain RDMBS, when processing needs increase, real speed bottlenecks occur. With PostgreSQL this has never happened to us, and its management system is exceptional, and always with the information very accessible and displayed in a simple and intuitive way.

If you are finding databases alternatives to use with your env then postgresql is one of the best choice i can say.
Because it provides a robust and powerful architecture. Anybody want to start to have the knowledge of databases then i can say use the postgresql so that you will have the lots of think clear in your mind and also by passing sometime you definetily love the postgresql database. Quering to postgresql is very much simple and anybody can understand. there are lot to add but you should use postgresql.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes launching pg admin takes sometime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has ighly reliable RDMS and its opensource so anybody can use it for free. Also it has high transaction speed and fast data aggregation. Also quering to postgres is much simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
Postgresql is very easy to use in its pgAdmin and also in other enterprise application like DBeaver. I most like about its connectivety with clouds like AWS's RDS service etc. Best relational and open source database in term of easy to use, database recovery, backup, maintenance and its connectivety.
What do you dislike about the product?
For beginners its initial setup complexity or the learning curve for advanced features and it's configurations little bit hard because its initial setup is not straightforword specially its port availibilty. Some user may get confused with icons of Postgresql because it may differ from MySQL, Oracle.

PostgreSQL addresses various database challenges, offering benefits like scalability like table partitioning and built-in replication , open-source , flexibility that supports various data types , indexing methods, and procedural languages . Users find it valuable for their applications, enabling them to manage data effectively and reliably.
