Simplicty. It makes set up easy and still gives most of the same features as the more expensive options

Nothing to add here yet. Thus far the system mhas been graet, and support receptive.

What do you like best about the product?
I was surprised by the short learning curve to use the platform and then even more satisfied to see their knowledge base and documentation. Anyone will be delighted to see that their support team need will be cut down massively by how well the platform is built and easy to use.
The platform's development team is a source of great satisfaction, constantly listening to user feedback and introducing new features. This commitment to continuous improvement is a testament to their dedication and the platform's potential for growth.

What do you dislike about the product?
They have yet to develop and implement the playlist feature, which many have requested.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cheap, reliable and fast video hosting. The transcode ability is a bonus not to be missed.
Perfect for Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Gumlet has a Freemium model that allows me to have easy, flexible video hosting for the handful of my portfolio projects and demo reels! Youtube doesn't work great for embedding (ads and such) and Vimeo was broken on Framer, so I really appreciate Gumroad for having a great working API that looks great on my portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, though they are a bit expensive if I ever need to upgrade. :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a professoinal Video Platform host for my portfolio projects that I don't have to continuously pay for. I don't use the Analytics a lot, but if I were a professional - this could be majorly helpful!

The user interface is improved but can be even better with time. But it has become lot better in last 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me to host videos and with very stabhle network. I can share these links to end users and they can watch the videos without any buffering.

This product really has a very nice and well designed graphic and simple shape so it is easy to find what you are looking for.

I would like to see some developing services that you could have, for example voice over and text translations would not be completely wrong.

What do you like best about the product?
Bought the max tier App Sumo offer and I feel so lucky to have it! Support has been awesome when I had questions. I think they work hard to make this a great platform. UX is simple and these videos hosted in Gumlet work inside of Click Funnels, which was super important to me. I like that I can organize my files into different folders. I like everything, 10/10 for me. Can't wait to use that option that locks my videos like Netflix! Very cool!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I don't like about Gumlet! I'm a person here for simple video hosting, I'm nobody techy. I don't know enough to go beyond simple hosting. It works perfect for my needs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a video host that isn't Vimeo or You Tube. It's private, I like that. I don't need an editor inside my video host, like Vimeo is. Nice to have it all in one, but with so many editors in this world, it's not necessary.

Besides its easy-to-use dashboard, Gumlet is great when we must have secure throught your content against piracy.

Right now there seems to be a bug with its select thumbnail from video function.

Embedding works as good as with Youtube.
I particularly like a possibility to store videos in S3 and share them via Gumlet.

It is harder to navigate in the admin menu. Sometimes I am lost where I actually am as there is no detatailed breadcrumbs in terms of a collection or a playlist.
I would appreciate a lot more granular sharing and access permissions in place.
