What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and ease of use. It also provides out of box features which are advanced
What do you dislike about the product?
There are AI tools in the market which do a lot more with contextual data than Braze does at the moment

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to get granular and be extremely versatile to improve meeting consumer's where they are at.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited ability to get as granular with measuring a variety of outcomes across a variety of paths, time points, and creating versatile segments that are adaptable in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be versatile and innovative to understand where customers are at and adapting to their needs through personalized campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze is a really robust platform with a lot of innovative capabilities that drive innovation and growth as well as very supportive product development and customer success team, that even listens to the little guy. New channels, use of AI and mature data management capabilities are the strong points of Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is lacking a bit with user access management and control mecanisms when working in a multi-brand workspace. Users are exposed with segments, templates, canvases and creatives of all other brands, and controlling message delivery to specific apps. Luckily these problems are already being addressed and solutions being designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross channel marketing and managin user experiences across our brands in both offline and online (mobile) channels

What do you like best about the product?
Use-case first thinking with product development together with great support and feedback process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibility of using liquid to populate catalogs would bring more flexibility to use-case solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The relationship we have with Braze is what I like most. When we need help they are always there to help us. We have a great relationship with that is 3 years in the making and looking forward to growing more with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothiing negative to say about Braze.

Braze has allowed us to send targeted messages to our customers at the right time.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and easy for people to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some use cases are a little hacky and still dependent upon development resources for maximizing value.

Making it easy to create multi-step user journeys which allows us to get things set up quickly and move to experimentation faster.

The simplicity. I'm very knew to the world of Engagement and Braze has made my onboarding simple, quick, and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lots of options! There are a thousand ways to solve any challenge. Knowing how to identify the right solve for your buisness can be challenging.

Reliable, quick delivery of messages to Customers. Helps to boost conversion and frequency.

What do you like best about the product?
I am very happy with all the advancements and forward thinking ideas that Braze brings to the email marketing space. We able to use detailed data on our donors to target and follow up as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Braze is missing some of the more simple feature like resending without have to copy campaign. Or, turning campaigns into templates. My biggest issue is that data is lost after 6 months. If you are not regularly moving data to an external platform, you are losing valuable data. Braze sometimes feels like it's for companies with large pockets and not for those with limited resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My favorite feature is the AI and the intelligent timing feature. I'm able to send at the time that they are most likely to open. My main metric is Open Rates on the Internal Communication side of our company.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Braze is easy to pick up but there are endless things to master. Braze is also very quick to adapt new technologies and has amazing customer support teams that are always on the front foot helping users to access and start using new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels clunky jumping around from canvas to canvas but a lot of this has been remedied recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Braze helps us to provide our users with an engaging and personalised lifecycle
