What do you like best about the product?
Braze combines almost everything in one platform. Every quarter there are new developments that improve the tool. It is not very difficult to use and all the team is really friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some basic tools for testing and showing results and sometimes is not enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automate everything that it's possible mixing different channels.

It would be great to have a team based more locally to me in the UAE

Automation, Personalization, Segmentation. It's very easy to train new starters on Braze in a few days.

Take advantage of the wealth of support and resources they offer!

I like how easy it to set up campaigns and canvases.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is harder to personalize throughout a canvas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of omnichannel messaging. We are helping clients reach more of their users at the right time and on the right device.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go through a demo or two because it will drastically reduce the amount of time you spend learning the product. The Braze team is very helpful!

What do you like best about the product?
It is versatile and dynamic. I can create many different campaigns easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to upload lots of campaigns automatically, like Braze reading directly from Google Sheets.

Mainly communications to segmented users via multiple channels. It is straightforward to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze allows you to speak to your users at any point during their lifecycle through all types of messaging with a high level of personalization
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting that braze provides is not the easiest to digest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Braze, we are able to send personalized messages to users based on actions they have taken or not taken - they are the best platform for engaging users during their entire lifecycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I can't put enough emphasis on how helpful the Braze support team has been throughout my journey to learn Braze. Each time I've reach out with questions they've been fast to reply, polite and very professional in how they've approached my questions. Through my interactions with these amazing people I've learned how to self-diagnos many of the complex events I encounter when attempting to build a sofisticated canvas. My biggest thanks to the support team and specifically our success manager Noam who keeps pushing and supporting me to evolve with Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do miss a better way to visualize content in a canvas. It would be amazing to just hoover over a step and see the content within the specific step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Canvas we can build very advanced flows of communication which also makes it possible to create a sophisticated multichannel communication strategy. The report builder / funnel reports are also great for seeing results from campaigns/canvas.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very user-friendly tool. You do not have to have a technical profile to handle it because it is very intuitive. In addition, it has many features such as intelligent channels and timing or audience paths that help you optimize your campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not very used to using the reporting functionality because I think there are opportunities for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are improving the segmentation of the impacts to send each user communications with relevant information for them, at their best time and through the channel they want. In this way, we optimize our communications but also the results. We are also automating many canvases so that we do not have to spend time on execution but strategy and subsequent analysis.

What do you like best about the product?
Braze helps us to be closer to our clients in various ways which is essential in a startup. The support team is amazing and helpful and the account managers are truly working towards the same goal as you - they want you to succeed. The various messaging channels and data that Braze provides help us build global messaging and promotional campaigns with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some logic decisions and exceptions in Canvases could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are successfully communicating with every user out there with sophisticated messaging whether it's an active user, an inactive user, a not converted user or just someone browsing - Braze allows us to communicate with them efficiently and easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Braze gives you all the possibilities to be vocal with your users, segment your users, see how your users react and act accordingly. You can automate all of your communications and make even the hardest automations possible with the help of your engineering team. Creating specific reports and measuring conversion events is also really easy. You always have room to improve, test and improvise. If you're running out of ideas don't worry because your account manager is there for you and gives you a lot of new tactics and ideas to further increase your efficiency.

- Channel variety and customisation level (email, push, in-app / web messages, content cards etc.) + integration with Google / Facebook
- Customer support & client success
- Reliability

- Amazing product roadmap + always coming up with new features
- Some basic AI/ML features (intelligent timing, intelligent channel selection, churn models etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
- In places, it still feels like it's optimised specifically for mobile / apps (particularly on reporting)
- Reporting UI is still not the best in class, but can't be faulted for integrations with other powerful BIs where engagement and business metrics can be put together
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Unified cross-channel comms - marketing & lifecycle --> right message, to the right customer, through the right channel at the right time.
- Real-time data management
