Good services and quick responses on any case
What do you like best about the product?
it works on behalf of imperial london hotels Security and work for out of hours as well. It provides 24/7 service and security to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have nor come across any so far, so have none now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication of malicious files from outside with organisation files and basically it provides security ad block any link or files or codes for our organisation

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to setup (mostly), response to threats are quick - the first one was around 9 minutes.
Support is awesome and they really went above to help me out during the setup.

There are lot of alerts! It can be a little overwhelming if you don't take your time to filter through them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to not worry about threats and responding too much. Our time is better spent in other areas as we know that Sophos MDR has our back.
Excellent product and services, very complete.

Everything is in one place to consult. Evaluates almost all possible threats to computers.

Some configurations that are in other systems are complicated.

Follow-up of the detections for a correct management of the problem.

With limited internal IT staff, the Sophos MDR solution provides 24/7 monitoring of our environment that we don't have the resources or knowledge to do ourselves.

Cost might be a factor for small to mid-size organizations.

With limited internal IT staff, the Sophos MDR team monitors (and can act within) our environment 24/7 for cybersecurity threats using resources and knowledge that we don't possess internally.

They alert me to events even before I may be aware of them.

Dashboard has changed and I cannot easily find things now.

24X7 Technical Support, The reports available in the portal and easy to create custom reports, integration with other solutions is easier than other solutions and number of third party integrations are more.

The intial implementation took long time than expectes, Due to higher number of calls installtion schedules taking longer than expected.

We are looking for managed service provider to take care of our daily IT/Cyber security related issues. Through multiple integrations with our other security solutions Sophos MDR able to catch all the incidents happening in our enviroment.

The quality of the service. Sophos MDR works exactly as advertised.
The integration possibilities are great as they have a focus on integrating with 3rd party solutions.
Response times are exceptionally quick, the support you get from the MDR team is second to none.
The ease of use and implementation of the product is also great. Especially if you're already a Sophos customer using the Server and Endpoint protection.

The ability to take actions on your 3rd party platforms is limited. This is considered on the roadmap though.

The need for an MDR solution that integrates well with your current technology deployed in your infrastructure.
