It's easy to get started with AWS Cost Anomaly Detection. You will define the spend segments you want to evaluate, e.g. individual AWS services, member account, cost allocation tags, cost categories, and define your alert preferences. Anomaly Detection automatically determines thresholds each day by adjusting for organic growth and seasonal trends (e.g. usage increases from Sunday to Monday, or increased spend at the beginning of the month).
