Start by creating a logical container for phone numbers and sender IDs that allow for code free resiliency management of your SMS resources. Next, set up AWS event destinations for your SMS telemetry and incoming SMS messages. Then, add country rules to send only where you do business, followed by test sending with the SMS simulator.
