Getting Started with Amazon FinSpace
Steps to getting started
1
Create the Amazon FinSpace with Managed kdb Insights Environment
Go to the AWS Management Console, choose Amazon FinSpace, choose Managed kdb Insights, and then click Create an Environment.
2
Enable licensing for kdb Insights
After the FinSpace environment is running, you need to enable licensing for kdb Insights. Submit a request to either enable your existing kdb Insights license for FinSpace or to obtain a free 30 day trial license.
3
Set up and configure kdb Insights database and analytics
In two simple steps, using the AWS Management Console or AWS CLI, set up and run kdb Insights analytics. First, create a kdb database and store data into the kdb database. Second, create a kdb Insights analytics cluster and connect to it using any Q or Python client, and begin submitting queries.
